~MOTIVATION~

Paul chose Silas and departed, being commended by the brethren to the grace of God. And he went through Syria and Cilicia, strengthening the churches (Acts 15:40-41).

Everybody needs motivation: A Model to Follow [John Maxwell - Daily Reader)

  • Motivation helps people who know what they should do - to do it.

  • Motivation helps people know what commitment they should make - to make it.

  • Motivation helps people who know what habit they built should break - to break it.

  • Motivation helps people who know what path they should take - to take it.

"You have to learn the rules of the game. Then you have to play better than anyone else." ~ Dianne Feinstein

There are countless ways of attaining greatness. But any road to reaching one's maximum potential must be built on a bedrock of respect for the individual, a commitment to excellence, and a rejection of mediocrity." ~ Buck Rodgers, IBM

Choose EXCELLENCE over MEDIOCRITY and your entire world will change.

"... Well done good and faithful servant, you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of the Lord" Matthew 25:21!__________________________________________________________________________

Dear Lord, as your servant I want to hear Your word - well done good and faithful servant ... help me to do the best in everything I do - the best and the holiest service I can offer unto You! In Jesus Name...Amen!

~ Teamwork Works~
Psalm 133:1-3

A Chinese Proverbs states, “Behind an able man there are always other able men!”

When you include everyone on your team, everyone always wins... It's always easier to work with people instead of against them. When you see the world as one team and invest your time looking for ways where you can each be beneficial to the other, progress and co-operation can be made with a mutual benefit for everyone. These benefits spread out like ripples on a pond each time you add a member to your team who makes a new contribution. This is true whether you're an employee, supervisor, owner, subcontractor or the president and cleanup crew of a one-person company.

Tips on How to Strengthen / Improve Your Leadership: (TQ Training)
  • A team sport where each player can make a valuable contribution to the whole."No one can do it all. No one knows it all.
  • Lead by example and inspire others. “To be an inspirational leader, you must first be inspired by and absolutely committed "
  • Enthusiastically look for other people to help complete the project(s). There are many talented people who are ready, willing and able to contribute to your goals and projects!”
  • Delegate as much as possible and communicate your expectations clearly."Delegation done poorly is worse than doing everything yourself.
  • Prepare for and participate in meetings to ensure they produce maximum results. A meeting can either be valuable and highly productive or a complete waste of time
  • Do whatever you can to make it easier for others to help you."It's your responsibility to make it as easy -- and as fun as possible -- for others to help you!

President Lyndon Johnson said, “There are no problems we cannot solve together, and very few that we can solve by ourselves!”
